Little Flowers was created by Rachel
Watkins, using The Catholic Girl’s Guide by Fr. Lasance. Little Flowers, ages 5 through 8,
“gather and learn about their Catholic heritage, faith, and traditions.”
During the meetings, “the girls hear, read,
share, and learn about the Little Flowers’ role model – the Blessed Virgin
Mary, the group’s patroness – St. Thérèse of Lisieux, saints of the Church,
women in the religious life, and their own mothers.” (R. Watkins, Little
Flowers’ Leader’s Guide, p. 4.) We use a number of Little Flowers’ materials and work on various
crafts, skits and games related to
saints and virtues to earn badges. There are dues to cover the cost of craft supplies. For more information, please
contact Diana or Celestina. ![]() A Marian youth organization started by St. Maximillian Kolbe.
